Data Deletion Request

Use this page to request deletion of personal information associated with your BrandOS account and with any third-party platforms you connected to BrandOS.

What this page does

BrandOS is a marketing and growth platform used by educational institutions, and a Century TechX product. If you have used BrandOS — either as a member of an institution's workspace or by authorising a platform such as Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business Profile — you can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.

Submit the form below and we will email you at the address you provide to confirm the outcome. You do not need a BrandOS login to use this page.

What gets deleted

  • Your BrandOS account profile and sign-in identity;
  • Stored access tokens and platform identifiers for the integrations you name;
  • Data BrandOS received from those platforms and stored on your behalf, such as page, account, and listing details and imported lead records;
  • Support correspondence associated with your account, where not required for legal records.

Some limits apply. Content already published to a social platform stays on that platform — delete it there. Records that belong to an institution's workspace (for example enquiry records the institution owns) are controlled by that institution; where a request concerns those records we will refer it to the institution and tell you that we have. We may also retain a minimal record required for legal, accounting, or tax purposes, and residual copies may persist in routine backups for a limited period before they are overwritten.

How the process works

  1. You submit the form and receive a request ID immediately.
  2. We route the request to our privacy team at privacy@brand-os.in.
  3. We may email you to verify that you control the address provided.
  4. We action the deletion and confirm by email.

Revoking platform access yourself

You can also remove BrandOS's access directly at the platform: Facebook and Instagram under Settings → Business integrations / Apps and websites, and Google under your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access. Revoking access stops future data flow; use the form below to also delete what we already hold.
